Gas Fired Burners: We incorporated high-efficiency gas-fired burners, ensuring precise and consistent heating, a critical factor in the quality of forged parts.
Electric Hoist: To facilitate effortless loading and unloading, we integrated a robust electric hoist, enhancing both safety and efficiency.
Cast Stainless Grid: Designed to accommodate a range of parts, our cast stainless grid ensures durability and longevity while maintaining optimal heat distribution. Operating Temperature Range: With an operating temperature range spanning from 1400 to 1800 °F, our Bell Furnace offers flexibility for various heat treatment processes.

Craftsmanship by AWS Certified Welders

The entire system, from concept to reality, was meticulously designed, fabricated, and assembled on-site at our state-of-the-art facility in Anaheim, California. This endeavor was entrusted to our team of AWS certified welders, ensuring the highest level of expertise and precision.
